Ajax reopens for carry out, online ordering

Oxford staple Ajax Diner reopened for carry out.

“We hope to be open for delivery and dine-in in the next few weeks,” owner Randy Yates said.

Ajax Diner updated its website to include a new ordering system which allows customers to order online from their new menu. The new menu features plate lunches with classic favorites. They hope to add the rest of their menu soon.

The restaurant’s dining room will remain closed for the time being. This is to ensure that once new systems are in place, they are able to serve the community safely and in compliance with local ordinances and following CDC guidelines.

Ajax is operating on new hours for now. They will be open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch, and then from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner.
